What is Rally?
Rally is a tool for tenants to self-onboard, provide their deposit and inspect units for damages prior to move-in. We provide property managers a digital workflow to manage move-in and move-out, estimates for repairs and ensure compliance with deposit regulations.
How can Rally improve your onboarding?
Rally's automated inspection process has tenants upload pictures of damages upon move-in and maintains a timeline of reported damages. When tenants move out, property managers can easily identify if damages are existing or caused by the tenant, allowing for efficient move-out processing and reducing the time before the next tenant can move in. Rally also helps manage deposits by notifying property managers once deposits are paid, estimate damage deductions during move out, and make returning the deposit easier.
How can you verify tenants report damages?
Rally uses a matching system that requires images with a historical twin. We use a machine learning system to detect damages and assess the extent of the damage. Additionally, tenants are required to provide a final video walkthrough that can be viewed on the property manager's portal.
